Narrative
Structure
The
narrative structure within our film follows Todorov’s theory as our film starts
with an equilibrium which is the part of the film where everything is fine;
everybody is living a normal life, the weather is good and the people are calm
and relaxed. Then there is a disruption which involves a main character being
taken by a mysterious figure which then leaves the close relatives on a hunt to
find their loved ones. Shortly after this the disruption is being sorted out
meaning that this will be the part of the film where a few characters are
having to solve the problem to restore peace and therefore would be making a
new equilibrium which would be that everything is back to normal where the
world is at peace.
